Shipping and delivery
YANES SPAIN, SL undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the User to the address indicated by the User for this purpose on the order form. In the event of omission or error in the completion of said data, YANES SPAIN, SL shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused and the resulting reshipment costs shall be borne by the User. In no case will deliveries be made to post office boxes and call centres.
The order placed by the User will be delivered to the destination within 2 to 7 business days after the purchase has been confirmed through the website.
During periods of high demand such as Black Friday and Christmas, transport companies cannot guarantee delivery of orders on time, therefore, this period may be extended up to 15 working days.
We are responsible for the items until the customer receives the shipment, except in the case where the customer expressly chooses a shipping method different from that proposed by YANES SPAIN, SL, in which case our responsibility would end at the time of collection of the shipment at our warehouse.
In the event that causes of force majeure do not allow delivery of the order within the established period, YANES SPAIN, SL undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible of the new expected delivery date, YANES SPAIN, SL being, in this case, released from the commitment indicated in the previous section.
If delivery cannot be made because there is no one to receive the shipment at the indicated destination, the company in charge of delivery will provide instructions to the User to arrange a new delivery date.
Upon receipt, the User must check that the order matches the quantity and type of product requested. If there is any discrepancy, the User must follow the instructions in section 8 of these Conditions.
Depending on the delivery method selected by the customer, there will be shipping costs that will always be added to the final purchase price. However, the Customer will always be informed of the associated shipping costs before confirming their order. Acceptance of the 'General Conditions of Sale' by the customer will always imply acceptance of the following shipping costs by the customer: €5 for shipments to the Peninsula and €12 to the Balearic Islands, free shipping on orders over €50. Returns and cancellations
Right of Withdrawal
The CUSTOMER may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchased product provided that 14 business days have not elapsed from the place of delivery, since receipt of the product:
We have extended the withdrawal period to 30 business days for purchases made between 11/20/2024 and 12/1/2024
Regarding watches, keeping the packaging in which they were shipped.
Regarding jewelry, if it has not been opened, unpacked or unpacked, or the seal on the packaging in which it is shipped has been broken or torn, given the nature of the products purchased.
The withdrawal must be carried out by completing the document that accompanies the delivered product and sending said product in its original packaging, together with the document, to YANES C/ Hierro -33-1ºplanta 28045 Madrid, Spain. The buyer will be responsible for the costs of sending the product to YANES.
Once the product has been received by YANES and its condition has been verified, the price of the purchased product will be refunded.
If you do not have the right to withdraw from the purchased product, said product will be sent to the address you indicate within the national territory, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Products can be returned if they have any damage or flaw, and must be returned in their original packaging. To do so, you must contact Yanes by calling 915392805, indicating the product and the purchase reference number, and you will be told how to proceed with the return of the product. Once the product has been examined by YANES, and if it cannot be repaired, the money paid for the purchase will be refunded.
How do I make my return?
To make a return, please send us an email to sap@yanes.com or contact us directly on the phone number 647 497 034, informing us of your intention to exchange or return an item. The Customer Service team will be in charge of informing you about the procedure to follow.
Exchanges. Shipping costs arising from size changes or product changes must always be borne by the end customer. Yanes is not responsible for any loss that the product may have suffered during shipping.
Returns. After approval of the return, the product will have to be sent to the address indicated by the Customer Service team. Once the product is received, we will send you a confirmation email. The payment will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
Yanes is not responsible for the shipping costs corresponding to the return and will not be liable for any loss that the product may have suffered during shipping.
Shipping to Spain with TIPSA --- international UPS
1. PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS:
Shipping takes 2-7 business days and the cost for mainland Spain is €5 and €12 for shipments to the Balearic Islands for purchases under €50. Shipping is free for purchases over €50.
2. CEUTA, MELILLA AND CANARY ISLANDS:
Shipping takes 3-7 business days and costs €12 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €99. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees include the tax payable on the purchase (IGIC or IPSI), the import DUA and customs clearance.
3. EUROPE COUNTRIES BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION (Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (Holland), Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden):
Shipping takes 3-7 business days and costs €12 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for orders over €450.
4. EUROPE COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION (Norway, Switzerland, Türkiye):
Shipping takes 3-7 business days and costs €20 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €450. For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery. These charges include the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.
5. UNITED KINGDOM:
New trade rules applied following the UK's exit from the EU (Brexit). The minimum amount to process the order is €250. The shipping time is 4-7 business days and the cost is €20 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €450. For shipments to the United Kingdom, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs are the tax or duties that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.
6. MEXICO:
Shipping takes 4-7 business days and costs €22 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €450. For shipments to Mexico, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees include the tax or duties that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.
7. LATIN AMERICA (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica):
Shipping takes 4-7 business days and costs €30 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €450. For shipments to Chile, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery. These charges are the tax or tariffs that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.
8. UNITED STATES and CANADA:
Shipping takes 4-7 business days and costs €35 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €450. For shipments to the United States and Canada, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees include the tax or duties that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.
Refund
The refund period is 14 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal, although this will not be made until the items have been received and it has been verified that the user has not carried out any manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.
The refund will be made through the same payment method that the customer used for the purchase.
Cancellation of purchases
